You connect a laptop to your screen and someone from your team hosts the room from the Host Q & A Sheet. There is nothing to write and nothing to prepare. A TV or projector, a laptop or tablet to run the slides, printed Answer Booklets, and someone from your team to host. A microphone is highly recommended but not mandatory. If your venue already shows the footy or the races on a screen, you already have most of what you need. Setup takes about ten minutes.
