Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of On-Tap Trivia and the trivia packs we provide. On-Tap Trivia is operated by GeeQuiz Limited, a company registered in New Zealand (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing or downloading a pack, you agree to these terms.

The Service

On-Tap Trivia provides digital trivia packs for use at pubs, clubs and other venues in Australia. Weekly subscribers receive a new pack each Monday. Single packs are one-off purchases. All packs are delivered digitally.

Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars: A$49 a week for the subscription, and A$69 for a single pack. They are the full price. No GST is added.

Licence and Use

We grant you a non-exclusive licence to use our packs to run trivia nights at your venue. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the content with other venues or third parties.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Weekly subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• There are no setup fees and no lock-in contracts.
• You can cancel any time from your account and keep access through the end of your current billing period.
• Packs you have already received remain yours to use.

Refunds and Your Consumer Rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Because packs are delivered digitally and straight away, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If something is wrong with your pack, contact us and we will fix it, replace it or refund it.

Intellectual Property

All trivia content, designs, and materials remain the property of GeeQuiz Limited. Your licence to use them does not transfer ownership.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the pack again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
